The Small Business Unit is a hybrid team of Inside Sales and Project Engineering, focusing on providing customers with smaller volume a personalized, high quality customer experience,  while exploring all opportunities for account growth and repeat business. This team works in a small call center environment that focuses on calling on leads, answering incoming calls, quoting, and order entry.

    The SBD Rep will be tasked with following up on inbound leads, past leads, and developing new leads. They will create and deliver quotes to customers, enter orders as needed, close sales, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. This person will need to be able to identify influencers and decision makers within a company and initiate the sales process. This position works collaboratively with multiple roles including outside sales, project engineering, project coordinators, business development, and project administrators among others.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails.
    • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate RAMS for further development and growth.

    The Quality Assurance Supervisor develops and maintains internal quality systems that ensure conformance to Stratasys Direct Manufacturing customer and regulatory standards.
