    Small Business Division Inside Sales Representative

The Small Business Unit is a hybrid team of Inside Sales and Project Engineering, focusing on providing customers with smaller volume a personalized, high quality customer experience,  while exploring all opportunities for account growth and repeat business. This team works in a small call center environment that focuses on calling on leads, answering incoming calls, quoting, and order entry.

    The SBD Rep will be tasked with following up on inbound leads, past leads, and developing new leads. They will create and deliver quotes to customers, enter orders as needed, close sales, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction. This person will need to be able to identify influencers and decision makers within a company and initiate the sales process. This position works collaboratively with multiple roles including outside sales, project engineering, project coordinators, business development, and project administrators among others.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and e-mails.
    • Route qualified opportunities to appropriate RAMS for further development and growth.
    • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
    • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest in our products.
    • Conducting heavy outbound telephone and email activities; Driving sales by identifying profitable selling opportunities and closing the sale.
    • Maintaining accurate status on forecast / pipeline, and updating in CRM.

    • Utilize quoting software packages to process RFQ’s and part orders for prospects and customers; Verify and process CAD data using various CAD software.
    • Prepare work orders and data for use in production and verify that all information is correct and complete.
    • Provide oversight to jobs from initial inquiry until the customer receives the product.
    • Initial point of contact to execute recovery plans when necessary and create corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
    • Identifying new business opportunities and then converting / distributing this information to the outside sales team as appropriate.
    • Utilize knowledge in all additive manufacturing processes.
    • Utilize company’s CRM, Salesforce.com, for all appropriate account management activities within 48 hours of occurrence.
    • Reactivation of accounts in the RAM territories.  Accounts that have not done business with Stratasys Direct Manufacturing in the last 18 months will be considered accounts that need to be contacted and reactivated into doing business with Stratasys Direct Manufacturing where possible.
    • Lead qualifying and prospecting by calling warm leads, trade show participation, market surveys and the like. 
    • Ensure the customer provides proper data needed to provide a quote.
    • Organize and maintain the Admin Folders, make sure all the necessary documents and information is in there and is correct before submitting the package to the billing department for invoicing.
    • Review daily updates, reports, and notifications and inform team members of pending concerns/issues.
    • Daily utilization of the corporate order entry system, IQS and SolidJobs; importing orders, setting up shipments, and  putting together clear and concise Work Orders.
    • Process customer returns and reworks.
    • Monitoring and actively responding to inbound service requests from external customers and internal team members; communicating processes and procedures via phone, email, chat, and/or by other methods of communication utilized.
    • Identify, resolve, or escalate any disputer that’s may arise between SDM and its customers.
    • Qualification of all inbound leads for assigned district within 60 minutes of occurrence, along with proper disposition

    Quality Supervisor

    The Quality Assurance Supervisor develops and maintains internal quality systems that ensure conformance to Stratasys Direct Manufacturing customer and regulatory standards.     Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
      • Responsible for leadership, guidance, and professional support of 1-2 employees.
      • Performs annual reviews for direct reports in a timely manner
      • Ability to manage all required quality systems with minimal supervision in accordance to AS9100.
      • Inspects all AS9100 required parts and performs first article inspection (about 15% of time).
